Visual Dispensing System

An automated solution integrating machine vision, precision motion control, and fluid control technologies. Its core function is to accurately identify workpiece positions and target dispensing areas via visual positioning, then drive the dispensing actuator to complete high-precision operations according to predefined paths and parameters (e.g., volume, speed, pressure).

3D Glue Path Inspection System

The system's inspection performance relies on the synergy of 3D imaging, data processing, and defect judgment modules, enabling a breakthrough from "2D planar inspection" to "3D volumetric analysis" and eliminating the limitations of traditional 2D inspection, which is susceptible to lighting and surface reflections.

Coating AOI Inspection System

Performs fully automated scanning of coating layers (e.g., conformal coatings, insulating paints, thermal adhesives) on PCBs and electronic components, accurately detecting defects such as uneven thickness, missing coatings, excess coatings, pinholes, bubbles, and contaminants.

5-Axis Dispensing System

Building on traditional 3-axis dispensers, it adds two rotational axes for flexible spatial motion, high-precision dispensing control, and intelligent vision integration, enabling precise dispensing on complex curved surfaces and narrow cavities for efficient production.
